Workforce Group – As part of its digital Transformation effort, built an infrastructure and environment (Technology Park) with the aim of enabling Africa’s Future workforce and to help startups scale.
Development of a Strategic roadmap Startzone (Now The Zone Tech Park ) whilst enabling it to be positioned as a go-to organisation on all things startups & digital ecosystem by offering flexible workspace, access to energetic community and creating relevant events.
With more than 3M yearly audience and 100+ active events yearly . The Hub has become the leading platform for startups and host of major startups events .
With a strong belief in startups’ potential as drivers of growth in society, The ZoneTech park partnered with us to identify a scalable way to Nurture and grow the right community members and help ambitious startups accelerate their business
In the project’s initial validation process, we spent tons of hours engaging with founders of ambitious startups to make sure we understood their actual pain points and unmet needs.
Once identified, the pain points were transformed into opportunities and value propositions which we tested against the market of startups, potential applicants and investors via prototypes and qualitative interviews.
In true lean startup fashion, The Hub was launched in iterative stages in which the value proposition and features were put to the real test via customer demands.
Enabling the eco-system and becoming an active partner for startups
Firstly, we began by community building – built a self-sustaining coalition of entrepreneurs, corporate partners, local and national investors, government and academic leaders, and startup enthusiasts in the community to collaborate on accelerating the growth of the ecosystem.
Without an exisitng go-to hub destination for Large scale Tech events , we positioned the Tech Park and attracted annual startup support programmes such as Developer Meetups, Tedx Event , Lagos Startup Week , Google developer Group and Devjam et.c
With the ambition to be an enabler of growth in society and the wish to explore new forms of engagement with emerging companies.
We establish strategic connections & collaborations with ESo’s & Stakeholders in the ecosystem such as Microsoft, Google , Techstars , ANDE Etc Community Engagement
By becoming an active partner in the startup ecosystem, The Zone Tech Park have been able to deepen their relationships with Tech Ecosystem. It is now recognised as a household name in Lagos startup scene and has played a host to so many host events such as …………….
Set to become Africa’s Largest Innovation Tech Park with over $6.5 million invested
